Couple Moves Across Street, Then Have Clifford Nies Construction Remodel

Some say the hardest moves are the
shortest ones. For Paula and Jud Delmore, it was across the street, but it took them awhile to get there.

The Delmores realized that they couldn’t make the improvements they wanted with their current house. They began searching for a new home and finally found what they were looking for when the neighbor across the street put up a ‘for sale’ sign.

Paula and Jud love their east Wichita neighborhood and were thrilled to find a home on the same street that fit their needs. Jud had wanted a main floor master bedroom, and the new home offered that and other remodeling possibilities.

“We put in our Christmas cards that we
traveled around the world and ended up across the street!” Paula says.

Once the sale was complete, they called on Clifford Nies Construction to begin the remodeling project. Nies Construction had built their original home in 1992 and later remodeled their basement. “Nies had always
done a stellar job, and we were very happy with how they built the old house and remodeled it,” Paula says.

Interiors to sketch out the project and finalize details to redo the entire first floor of their new home. When finished, it was all they had hoped for.

“They did a great job! We were very happy with everything,” Paula says. Steve is always pleased when previous customers request his services again. “Repeat business is a sign of customer satisfaction. With many of our remodeling clients, we built their original home, and they were happy with the results,” he says.
